Customer voice

What your customers really say, summed up on one page.

Reputacion reads all your reviews and gives you a clear summary: what customers like, what they criticise, and how many reviews mention it. One analysis a month, nothing to set up.

Hundreds of reviews, and no overall picture

01

Nobody has time to reread hundreds of reviews and draw conclusions

02

You remember the latest negative review, not the complaint that comes back every week

03

The qualities that bring customers back are never put into words

04

Priorities are set on gut feeling, not on what customers actually say

Your reviews summed up in three clear lists

A summary, your strengths, your areas for improvement. Each theme is explained and shows how many reviews mention it.

A summary in a few sentences

Two or three sentences on what customers think of you, ready to share with your team as they are.

Your top 3 strengths

The qualities customers mention most, ranked from most to least mentioned.

Your top 3 areas for improvement

The recurring complaints and suggestions, so you know where to start.

The weight of each theme

Each theme shows the number of reviews related to it, as estimated by the AI.

Fitted to your trade

Themes are worded for your sector, detected from your reviews: welcome, waiting time, advice, cleanliness…

In your language

The summary is written in English, French, Spanish, Italian or German, whatever language the reviews are in.

How customer voice works

What the AI reads

The analysis covers all your reviews that include a comment; a star rating with no text gives nothing to analyse and is left out. Each review is sent with its star rating, in its original language. If you manage several locations, the analysis covers the ones you can access and describes your locations as a whole.

What you get

A two- to three-sentence summary, then up to three strengths, what customers appreciate, and up to three areas for improvement, the complaints or suggestions that keep coming back. Each theme has a short title, one or two sentences of explanation and the number of reviews related to it, as estimated by the AI. Themes are ranked from most to least mentioned. If no complaint stands out, the page simply says so.

One analysis a month

You can run one analysis a month for your organisation. The page shows the analysis date, the number of reviews read and when the next one will be available. Each new analysis replaces the previous one: it is a snapshot of what your reviews say at that point. To track your rating, review volume and response rate over time, use the statistics.

Three steps, no settings

The analysis uses the Google reviews already synced in Reputacion.

  1. 1

    Connect your profiles

Your Google reviews are imported, then synced automatically.

  2. 2

    Run the analysis

One click in Statistics, Customer voice. The AI reads all your reviews that include a comment.

  3. 3

    Read and act

Summary, strengths and areas for improvement appear. A new analysis is available the following month.

Frequently asked questions

An AI-written summary of your reviews: an overview, your strengths and your areas for improvement, with the number of reviews behind each theme.

All the ones that include a comment. Reviews left without text are not taken into account.

Once a month for your organisation. The date of the next possible analysis is shown on the page. A failed analysis does not count.

No. The AI does not score each review: it reads them all and draws out the recurring themes, positive and negative. The result is a summary, not a score per review.

Not at the moment. The analysis covers every location the person running it can access, and the result is shared with the whole organisation.

Yes. Reviews are read in their original language, and the summary is written in your interface language: English, French, Spanish, Italian or German.

Yes, in every plan, free trial included. The analysis does not use your AI reply quota.

Each analysis replaces the previous one: it describes what your reviews say when you run it. Changes in your rating, review volume and response rate are tracked in the statistics.

Every user in your organisation, whatever their role: admin, manager or member.

Review text is sent to our AI subprocessor, OpenAI, solely to produce the summary. This processing is listed among the subprocessors in our privacy policy.
