One editor for Google, Facebook and Instagram

Write your post, tick the destinations, publish now or schedule it. Featured reviews prepare themselves at the frequency you choose.

Every destination at once

Each location's Google profile, Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts: tick them, or select them all.

A preview per network

Before sending, see your post as it will appear on Google, Facebook and Instagram.

Now, later or as a draft

Publish right away, pick a date and time, or keep the post as a draft to finish later.

Your reviews become visuals

A customer review becomes an image in your brand colours, square, landscape or in story format to download.

Featured reviews on autopilot

Every week or every month, one of your best recent reviews is picked, turned into an image and captioned for you.

A status per destination

Published, scheduled or failed: you see where each post went, and retry in one click whatever did not go through.

Featured reviews

Your best reviews, published at the frequency you choose

Reputacion picks a recent review, turns it into a branded visual with a short thank-you caption, and prepares it for your Google profile or your Facebook Page and Instagram.

By default, recent and detailed 5-star reviews, never published twice in the same place
AI sets aside reviews that name an employee, mention a price, express a reservation or contain personal data
Approval mode: you approve each proposal, or ask for another review
Automatic mode: the post is scheduled 24 hours ahead, giving you that time to cancel it

How posts and featured reviews work

One post, several networks, several locations

A post goes to every destination you tick: each location's Google profile, a Facebook Page, an Instagram business account linked to a Facebook Page. A national Page shared by the network counts as a single destination. On Google, the post appears in the profile's updates, with an action button if you choose one; "Call" uses the profile's phone number. On Facebook, the button's link is added to the text. Instagram requires an image with an aspect ratio between 4:5 and 1.91:1, and videos are only published to Google. The text is the same for every destination.

How a review becomes a featured review

For each Google profile or Facebook Page and Instagram you activate, you choose a frequency, weekly or monthly, the day and the time. At each slot, Reputacion looks through your recent reviews, those from the last 30 days by default, for the ones with the required rating, 5 stars by default, and enough text. It sets aside reviews already published in that place and those containing an email address, a phone number or a link. The most detailed and most recent reviews rank first, then AI checks the best ones: it rejects a review that names an employee, mentions a price or a promotion, expresses criticism, compares you with a competitor or touches on a sensitive topic. The selected review becomes a visual with its caption; if none qualifies, nothing is published.

Approve, let it go, or switch reviews

In approval mode, the proposal waits in your posts: you publish it, delete it, or ask for another review, up to five times per proposal. In automatic mode, the post is scheduled 24 hours before the slot, and you can cancel it during that time. The visual uses your three brand colours, the rating, the date, the location name and the author's first name with the initial of their last name, or no name if you prefer. The caption, one or two sentences, thanks the customer without repeating their review. If no review qualifies for four slots in a row, Reputacion suggests running a review collection campaign.

Three steps to publish everywhere

Featured reviews then run without you.

  1. 1

    Write

Write the text, add a photo or create a visual from a customer review. On Google, add an action button.

  2. 2

    Choose where

Tick the Google profiles, Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts concerned, or the whole network.

  3. 3

    Publish

Now, on the date you choose, or later from your drafts. Then track the status of each destination.

Frequently asked questions

Your Google Business Profiles, your Facebook Pages and your Instagram business accounts linked to a Facebook Page. A single post can target all three at once.

Yes. Tick the Google profiles you want or select the whole network, and the post goes to each of them. Managers and members only see the locations assigned to them.

Update posts, with text, a photo or a video and an optional action button: learn more, call, order, book or sign up. Offer and Event posts are not available.

Yes, at the date and time of your choice, or you can keep them as drafts. A scheduled post can be deleted before it goes out, which cancels it; only drafts can be edited.

It is one of your best recent reviews, turned into a branded visual with a short thank-you caption, then published to your Google profile or your Facebook Page and Instagram, every week or every month.

Only if you choose automatic mode. By default, each proposal waits for your approval. In automatic mode, the post is scheduled 24 hours ahead and you can cancel it during that time.

By default, from the 5-star reviews of the last 30 days, with enough text and never published in the same place. AI sets aside those that name an employee, mention a price, express a reservation or contain personal data. If you don't like the proposal, ask for another review.

The visual shows their first name and the initial of their last name, or no name if you choose anonymous display. Reviews containing an email address, a phone number or a link are excluded automatically.

Each destination has its own status. If one fails, the post becomes "partial" with the error message, and the Retry button only resends to the destinations that did not go through. A post rejected by Google's moderation is flagged the same way.

Yes, in every plan, with no post quota. AI-written captions and the featured review checks use your monthly AI reply quota.
