Terms and Conditions
Article 1 - Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Reputacion SAS and any user subscribing to its services. By using our services, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 - Services Offered
Reputacion offers a SaaS online reputation management platform enabling:
- Automated collection of customer reviews via email, SMS, and QR codes
- Centralized management of Google Business Profile reviews
- Display of reviews through customizable widgets
- Performance analysis and reporting
Article 3 - Pricing
Prices for different plans are indicated on our Pricing page. All prices are expressed in euros excluding taxes. Applicable VAT will be added at the time of billing according to the current rate. Reputacion reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with new prices applying to new subscriptions or renewals.
Article 4 - Payment
Payment is made by credit card through our secure payment provider Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan. In case of payment default, access to services may be suspended after prior notice.
Article 5 - Duration and Termination
The subscription is concluded for an indefinite period with a monthly or annual billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose execution has begun with your prior express consent.
Article 7 - Liability
Reputacion commits to providing its services with diligence. However, our liability shall not be engaged in cases of force majeure, communication network malfunctions, or non-compliant use of services. Reputacion's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the customer during the last 12 months.
Article 8 - Intellectual Property
The Reputacion platform, including its source code, features, and design, is protected by intellectual property rights. The user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of their subscription.
Article 9 - Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
